About the Artist

Lisa Dooher is a self-taught carpenter and folk artist who owns and operates Mrs. Murphy's Fine Furniture, a small carpentry shop in Toronto. Her core business is custom/built-in cabinetry. She is a self-described 'urban archeologist' whose passion comes from giving new life to old materials.
