About the Artist
John Kelly has over thirty years of professional experience providing creative interior, graphic and industrial design strategies for corporate and public institutions. His practice has taken him across Canada and as far away as Kuwait and Nigeria. His skill for designing business environments that enhance productivity are ideally balanced with a keen aesthetic vision. John has won numerous awards for his work including the prestigious Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario Designer of the Year Award in 1991. John has produced interior designs for several Canadian art galleries as well as booths for international art fairs. He incorporates art into all of his projects whether via site specific commissions with other artists or the selection and deployment of art collections. He works enthusiastically with his clients to enhance their knowledge and appreciation of art and gives generously to support arts related causes. John has previously exhibited his art work at the Madison and Del Bello Galleries in Toronto and was invited to participate in the International Art Biennale in Malta in 1997 showing large-scale abstract works. His most recent work includes electronic digital images.
