Out in the cold
hand made metal frame, giclee photographic print
About the Work
We often take for granted the space around us. The ability to have shelter and any type of food at our beck and call. Upon leaving a photo shoot in a communal house called the 'Mud House' I photographed this lonely couch. Outside. Protected by a fence that enclosed it but offered no shelter. The blanket of snow seemed to invite one to sit upon it.
